GreenCore Capital Management

GreenCore Capital Management (GCM) is responsible for making all decisions regarding a participant company’s involvement in the fund. GCM has regular access to a group of highly qualified individuals that make up the Business Development Committee. They are experienced energy, technology, environmental, legal, financial, and business experts.

The Business Development Committee will meet regularly to review the details provided by third party research and other relevant information and data to provide recommendations on which new companies will be added to the Fund. GreenCore Capital Management will determine the extent of the services to be provided by GCBS or other outside business vendors. GCM will also evaluate the reports provided by GCBS on the progress of the companies’ milestone objectives and approve large capital expenditures. The Manager, together with the Business Development Committee, will determine if a company merits additional funding from within the family of Funds or through outside institutional and governmental relationships.
