GreenCore Business Services

The role of GreenCore Business Services is to manage many of the business needs of the participant companies, allowing the company’s principals to focus their time and energy on R & D and product development. The services may be handled directly by GCBS employees, contracted out, to other business providers or, by referral from GCBS, provided by a 3rd party vendor directly retained by the client. The services provided include:

  • The employees of GreenCore Business Services have expertise in the various areas above and may provide those services to those participant companies GCM determines are in need. In some cases, the work may be outsourced to other firms. GCBS monitors the expenses and monetary progress of the participant companies. Monthly reports, consistent from all companies, are generated and provided to GCM. Transitional support will also be given as the participant companies graduate to IPO’s or other funding opportunities.
