Jay S. Potter

Mr. Potter has been active in the financial industry for over 20 years and has successfully participated, directed or placed over two hundred million dollars of capital in start-up and early stage companies. As an entrepreneur who understands the needs of early stage and start-up companies, he takes an active role in the development of the funded companies and to that end has participated as advisor, director and officer to defend shareholder positions. In 2006, Mr. Potter served as the Interim CEO of EAU Technologies (Symbol: EAUI), Inc. a publicly traded company specializing in non-toxic sanitation and disinfectant technologies. He has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Nexcore Capital, Inc. and its financial service affiliates since co-founding the company in 1996. Mr. Potter serves as Founder and Chairman of Sterling Energy Resources, Inc., a public oil and gas company (Symbol: SGER) involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas from its numerous leases. He serves as a director of EAU Technologies, Envision Solar International, Envirepel Energy and WoodFuels, among others.
Dennis E. Beeby

Mr. Beeby has been in the financial industry for 20 years where he has focused on raising capital for early-stage and startup companies. He is one of the founders and Directors of Sterling Energy Resources (Symbol: SGER), a public oil and gas company involved in the public oil and gas company involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas in the United States. He is also a Principal of Nexcore Capital, a FINRA licensed broker dealer and Vice President of Fulcrum Enterprises Inc. Mr. Beeby is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
Olaf Walter

Mr. Walter has more than 21 years of global experience mainly at The Dow Chemical Company, where he was responsible for a wide variety of business operations, most recently as Senior Technology Leader of Manufacturing & Engineering for Dow's Industrial Biotechnology Business. He has developed business strategies and implementation for several technology-driven businesses. His expertise spans fermentation technologies; whole plant derived bio-production, water and wastewater treatment technologies, chemical manufacturing, process development, business and competitive analysis, and sophisticated economic modeling. Mr. Walter’s latest engagement was to serve as the interim Chief Operating Officer for a ‘Biomass to Energy’ company in Vista, California. He currently serves as a Business & Scientific adviser for 'iDiverse’, a San Diego Biotechnology Company focused on novel gene technology, is a Merger & Acquisition Associate for A.D.R. Associates, and is a member of the 'Science & Technology' committee of the recently formed CleanTECH San Diego.
Gilbert Barnes

Mr. Barnes has more than 20 years experience in corporate management. He has served in senior management roles at several public companies. Barnes has been a Division President of Countrywide Funding and OCWEN Federal Bank. Barnes raised the capital for Data Track Systems and subsequently grew and sold the company through a merger acquisition to New Your Stock Exchange traded company, OCWEN Federal Bank. In addition, Barnes has served on several advisory boards including Microsoft Corporation and Chicago Title Insurance. Barnes has served on several charity boards and foundations including YMCA San Diego, San Diego Historic Society and the Nicole Brown Charitable Foundation. Barnes is a graduate of Stanford University.
